| In DiningInMass.com's every
day search for "secrets" that excite our appetites, we have stumbled on a secret
ingredient used in the baking of Maine Biscuits which makes them extra special. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We discovered this recipe from a wonderful waitress at a
wonderful restaurant in Camden, Maine - Cappy's Chowder House.
The resturant is Cappy's Chowder House 1 Main Street (Route
1) in downtown Camden, ME. They have an extra special recipe for Clam Chowder and you
definitely want to order a cup (or bowl!) while you are there. 207-236-2254. (Don't forget
to tell them you saw it on DiningInMass.com - THANKS)

Roll or pat to 1/2" to 3/4" thick. Cut with Biscuit
Cutter.
Bake at 475 degrees for 5 minutes.
